April 11, 2025I can honestly say that I've never had a better apartment! The direct access is a unique feature that makes it feel like I have my own townhome. The location is safe and walkable. I love how pet friendly this building is. Station 40 offers so many amenities I never ever would have thought of like a huge dog park, gaming courtyard and a guest suite. August 12, 2024I love all the facilities at Station 40 as well as the cleanliness. The location is perfect and there are lots of great places to go in walking distance. Maintenance has been taking awhile to get to requests including insect spraying. I have had frequent issues with bugs starting from when I first moved in until I bought my own repellent and sprayed it all over my apartment. When I asked for someone to come spray for me before I resorted to buying my own, the man came in, sprayed a couple places, ...and was out 2 minutes later.
