      3.5-4. After one year of living here I can say that I have grown increasingly dissatisfied with living here. I love my apartment itself, but I feel like the building in the grounds have definitely gone downhill. When I think of what luxury living means… I expect responsive management and maintenance, high quality amenities, and a peaceful living space. And I can’t say that all of those things exist here. I keep hoping it will change but it doesn’t seem like it does or will.

      Station Bay apartments is a great location accessible by car train and now ferry. The location/ building is quiet and safe. The building offers many activities for residents. The building cleaning crew do a good job at keeping the building clean.

      It’s been okay. Management needs to get the graffiti off of the building. They also need to just make sure things stay clean and kids aren’t getting into our building. I would stay here but hope there is more security and taking accountability.
