PLEASE DO NOT MOVE HERE — READ THIS BEFORE YOU SIGN ANYTHING
I’m telling you right now: DO NOT move here. I have absolutely no reason to talk badly about this property, but I promise you, if you move here based on the pictures and what they advertise, you are going to regret it.
The pictures they show you are incredibly misleading. They make this place look clean, well-maintained, and completely different from what you actually get. The second you step foot on the property, you’re going to ...
realize the pictures do NOT match reality. And when you finally walk into the apartment, you’re probably going to have the same reaction I did: “Oh my God… what did I just sign up for?”
The laundry facility is disgusting and poorly maintained, and a lot of the washers and dryers don’t even work. The entire property gives you the impression that management is more interested in getting you to sign a lease than actually maintaining the place after they have your money.
DO NOT let the pictures fool you. DO NOT rush into signing a lease. DO NOT put all your eggs in one basket and assume this place is going to be what they advertise.
Go see it IN PERSON before you give them a single dollar. Walk around the entire property. Look at the laundry room. Look at the hallways, parking areas, common areas, and then look closely at the actual apartment they’re giving you.
Because once you sign that lease, you’re stuck. And being locked into a year-long contract at a place you already hate is a miserable situation.
I’m not saying this to be dramatic or to trash somebody’s business for no reason. I’m saying it because I wish somebody had warned me before I signed.
SAVE YOURSELF THE HEADACHE. SEE THIS PLACE IN PERSON BEFORE YOU SIGN ANYTHING.
