A few new staff members handled two long time issues very quickly. Ive lived here for a while and its nice to have the residents who have stuck around getting caught up with the newer units where residents come and go.

My apartment has had roaches since the second week I moved in. My apartment was never cleaned by professionals beforehand and it was filthy with hair in the bathroom and stuff inside the drawers. The neighbors play loud music and the quiet time is not enforced. All of my amazon packages have been stolen and the office cannot do anything about it. The bugs are definitely the worst issue. The pest control has come four times now and the issue is still not resolved. At this point they should come ...
every week to spray. I also spray at home between the times they have been to keep as many. Ugh away as possible or kill them when they are found. I have found 15 in less than 3 months. That is not counting the dead ones I have found and disposed of after spraying. The place feels uninhabitable with the roaches. Its very unsafe and unsanitary. I have asthma issues and it has only gotten worse living here. There is also mold and leaks. My wall recently has turned brown with a leak from outside. My window was never fixed that I reported when I moved in and I have still never had closet doors installed in my bedroom. Mind you I have lived here 3 months. I do not recommend living here. I would buy out my lease but the terms are sketchy and I have been told this place Nickle and dimes you, so I guess I am stuck here unless a lawyer can help me get out of this mess.

I’ve been living here going on 6 years i think. The location is great for work and pretty much a lot of stores are within a 5-10 minute drive. I haven’t had a lot of interaction with the staff but what little I’ve had they have been helpful.

Been here for five years stuff still doesn’t get done some staff a little rude been asking for certain things to get fixed or done but never consider a priority and keep getting my told that that doesn’t need to be done even though it does charges for pest control monthly even though they should come out once a month they never do

It's the worst because when it comes to maintenance they don't fix anything you go and put the complaint and they get angry and they work in the office they even get annoyed when you tell them that you have problems in your apartment but, if they are very punctual in charging you extra things and with the garbage it's always a problem

I noticed a pretty bad roach infestation after I’d moved in and reported it as soon as I could. They told me I’d have to wait over a week for an exterminator. When I said that’s unacceptable, they said they’d bug bomb the place. Maintenance never came by so the lady in the office had to do it herself. It didn’t work and only made them run out of hiding. I then found there are TWO species of roaches infesting this building. They said OPC was coming a week after the initial report but I have no ...
notice or confirmation they’re actually coming. They just keep telling me there’s going to be a whole building spray 25 days after I’d noticed the infestation. They wanted me to wait almost a whole MONTH before doing anything. I’ve only been here two weeks, but my boxes and furniture are infested now despite me not even living there while this is going on. There’s so many that they have wandered into my bed and bit me. No urgency and just lies from management about it.

I have reported several times yellow mold and mildew is groing in this apartment. The ceiling is falling down and the kitchen sink had fell into the cabinet for the 3rd time.
Maintenance and management will not return calls, garbage in hallways
Beer can etc I called health and safety today.

I do not recommend living here AT ALL.
The lack of communication between the leasing office and residents is absolutely obsurd. They have a huge bug issue, and nobody in the leasing office seems to care enough to do something about it. I moved here in December of 2022 and have not been a happy resident at all. Instead of communicating with residents and attempting to rectify issues that need to be addressed, it’s almost as if they just simply do not care. It’s a nice area, and your minutes away ...
from restaurants, stores for shopping, and many other adventures. As a resident who doesn’t bother anyone, and pays rent in a very timely and proper manner, and who also obeys the rules.. I should NOT have to beg MY leasing office to help when their is a issue. After all, it is their duty and responsibility to make sure residents are happy, taken care of, and be there to assist with any problems. I will not be returning to this complex.
