GREAT EXPERIENCE!
May 22, 2025I would like to give a huge shout out to the Management & Maintenance team. Especially their superstar leasing agent, Nikema! She is always ready to accommodate the residents and guests. She is consistently professional, honest, hardworking, and ensures everyone is taken care of. Her bright energy in the office has contributed to a very positive living experience here. The maintenance team works very hard and does their very best to fulfill service requests timely as well as maintain the grounds ...and trash around the property [IT AINT EASY]. The property manager is very communicative and cares about the overall experience for those that have chosen to sign a lease. It feels nice to be treated like a neighbor and not just an apartment number. Best prices and value in the area for sure! I am on my 3rd lease term and I am proud to be a resident of Station at Old Town. GO TEAM !!!!!Property Manager Responded

November 16, 2024I’ve been here basically since this building was built. Everything had still been lovely except I don’t like the new rules about packages because I just had surgery so I was in the hospital for 4 days I couldn’t make it in time to get two packages. & when I first had my baby I had a c-section someone gifted me something I didn’t know about it was returned my baby could have really used that. October 22, 2024If you're considering this apartment, think twice. Garbage is strewn about, noise levels are unbearable (inside and out), hallways are dark, dingy, smelly, and stained, and the garage is so poorly designed it's a wonder there isn't daily accidents. Common areas (leasing office, mail room, clubroom) are kept clean to show off to future residents but pay close attention to the rest of the place.
