August 20, 2025Apartments/community is beautiful and the amenities are great. Staff is just worried about the wrong things and none of the rules as far as parking etc are really enforced. Auditing has been done twice the whole time I’ve lived here and residents don’t pick up after their animals.Review from Apartments.com

June 27, 2025Excellent experience from day one! Modern, clean, updated appliances, and also quiet. The management team is responsive, professional, and always quick to address any issues. The location is perfect; not in the hustle and bustle of "city" life, but within ten to fifteen minutes of anything you could need. Highly recommend!Property Manager Responded

June 9, 2025The Statler Apartments are a fantastic place to live. From the moment we moved in, everything has been smooth and professional. The units are modern, clean, and spacious, with high-quality finishes and a cozy atmosphere that really makes it feel like home. The amenities are a huge plus — the fitness center is well-equipped, and the common areas are always clean and welcoming. Maintenance requests are handled quickly, and the staff is always friendly and helpful. It’s also a quiet, safe community ...with plenty of parking and a great location close to everything we need. We’ve really enjoyed our experience here and feel like it was a great choice for our first place. Whether you’re living alone, with a roommate, or with your partner, I would absolutely recommend The Statler Apartments to anyone looking for a comfortable, modern, and hassle-free living experience.
