Overpriced and Noisy
August 5, 2025I have lived here for over two years. The quick response and positive reviews of the maintenance team drive up the overall ratings on the company’s website. Since pets are allowed the common hallways often smell of cat urine. The laundry areas are cluttered and dirty. Cooking sets of the fire alarms. Tenants are now being fined when the fire department is dispatched. This is often multiple times per week, due to the faulty fire alarms. For the high price and lack of grass and amenities I would ...look elsewhere.Property Manager Responded

good, nice maintenance
May 5, 2021I like my apartment so far. for being brand new there's a lot of paint stains and scratched cabinets that could've been cleaned before move in but the area is nice and maintenance is super timely and nice. lease is more strict than any Apartment I've ever lived in.Review from Apartments.com
