April 21, 2025We're paying for amenities like the pool and the clubhouse, and we can't use them. The clubhouse has been under repair since November 2024, and the pool hasn't been open for a month.Property Manager Responded

December 3, 2024Good apartment, yet management team is just fine. They try to make things convenient for them at the cost of their residents. So if you leave here, you have to pay a lot extra. Also, the maintenance is not very responsive. This place has safety issues that last for almost a year, yet the management team do nothing though several residents has asked them.Review from Apartments.com

September 9, 2024As a student, I can say that this is a nice location to stay, with Target/Publix/Atlantic Station just a walk away. I had some initial issues with my utilities (eg. valet trash), but Deja at the front office helped me sort them out! She also helped a lot during the whole leasing process, and was quite responsive. Fetch being mandatory feels like a little bit of an inconvenience, since it's not locker-based - packages go to a warehouse from where you decide when to get it home-delivered, which ...adds time to your delivery timeline. July 31, 2024Living at Steelworks is quite safe and sound. I love the apartment complex, it's quiet, calm, and perfectly located. The location of the apartment is so close to all the convenience stores. Plus, the best part about the apartments here are their huge sizes. Its worth the money!Review from Apartments.com
