    I moved here from Houston and I love the small town feel. My Neighbors are like family and everyone is so nice. It is walking distance from just about everything. The handyman and the ladies in the office are the sweetest.

    The trees and landscaping are kept nice. You can tell that everyone working there take pride in their job because they always have a smile and a warm greeting when i see them. My mother is elderly so it gives me comfort to know that they care about their tenants.

    I really enjoy my apartments. My neighbors feel like family and everyone at the front office is super friendly. I love the dog park, and the play area for my kids. They keep the grounds clean too

  • The best place in town

    My girlfriend and I moved here in June. We leased here because it was bigger and less expensive than the other places we looked at. After living here almost a month we are very pleased with the staff, our apartment and our neighbors are great.

  • DO NOT LIVE HERE!!

    DO NOT LIVE HERE!!!!!!! I moved out DECEMBER 10th 2020. It is APRIL 2021 and I have yet to receive my security deposit back that is owed me. I will only be receiving 20% back when my apartment was spotless, I was told it was perfect. Then I get slapped with a “sanitization fee” of $85 that is NOT in my lease (no pandemic clause). I have NOT heard anything from Rockstar Capital at all, even after mailing letters formally requesting my money back. They have HORRIBLE professional skills, do NOT ...
    treat their residents well nor business/customer service skills. DO NOT LIVE HERE, UNLESS YOU WANT YOUR MONEY TO GO TO WASTE. There’s plenty more inadequacies like how they wanted to charge $189 “flat rate” utility bill when your utilities usually are NEVER OVER $85-100... Way more to tell but Rockstar is HORRIBLE. I’m reporting to the BBB.

  • Don’t Move Here

    I originally thought this would be a great apartment to move into especially since it was renovated recently. But since I’ve moved in I’ve had nothing but a poor experience. The day we moved in our downstairs neighbors, an older couple, the husband walked upstairs and began talking to my daughter about “where your parents are”. When my wife approached he told her that he was told no one would be moving in upstairs and that he would be speaking with the office. Cut to the 3 months we’ve been here, ...
    they’ve sent a noise complaint every day to the office. Now mind you I have 3 children one of which is 1 and is very heavy footed. I keep them from running once it gets to around 630 or 7pm but during the day i let them play, because they’re kids. Doesn’t matter. If we make the slightest thud it’s a noise complaint. I have never experienced this in any other apartment I’ve ever lived in. And now it’s gotten to where I may have to move into another unit because they contacted corporate. I’m done and I regret moving into this apartment complex. I recommend you look at other places as the headache isn’t worth it.

  • Excellent office staff and maintenance.

    Office staff is very helpful and understanding if you are having a problem. Philip in maintenance is quick to respond and polite and will take the time to explain things and fix the issue promptly. Makes you feel comfortable and will talk to you. Even takes the time out to talk with my handicapped child and doesn't make it seem like a chore or annoyed by it. Very cheerful.

  • Good entry price, not great surroundings

    My first year's rent was very affordable, and I couldn't complain about the first month of rent being free. The floor plan is great and very open, it is my favorite feature of the apartment. However, the surrounding area is very bare. Downtown Houston isn't too far away, but if you're in the need of a nice dinner you will have to travel more than half an hour away (depending on your taste). The washer/dryer facility closest to me is always a guessing game and while I've gotten better at it ...
    over a year, I do still lose. Sometimes they'll leave burn marks even when I "win". The management can be very blunt, but it can make business with them quick as well. A common issue I've read about online is bed-bugs and I can also claim this issue, when they had an exterminator come by they stated it was a cleanliness issue and that I would have to pay for it. I maintain my apartment very well and found their charging for it ridiculous. For the price, it's one of the better ones in town, but I'm personally looking elsewhere based primarily on the area.

    I like the apartments as a whole they are very safe and family friendly plenty of parking, you pay the electric and utility bills directly to the office so no hassle, and the office staff is good at what they do and prompt in any handling of apartment issues. I like living here.

    If you love to pay alot of money for something that isnt worth it....this place is right for you. We have had pest problems and they had someone come out once and did not come back again after reports were made. We have a one bedroom and are paying a ridiculous amount for two people including water and electricity. I am very disapointed.
