I think the title says it all! Except that there are stray cats everywhere, so expect doodoo. Maintenance does what they can, but some of these units have serious plumbing problems and/leaky rooftops. Yes, they are roomy, but are they worth $1400+? They would make a lot of folks happy if they ditched the Wi-Fi service that's "included" - $65/mo isn't a deal, Steeplechase. Let us choose our own service provider. Far from luxury. I’m a current resident and it’s been a wild rollercoaster when it comes to management. For one they don’t answer their phones, ever! They only respond to emails and that’s when they feel good and ready. Maintenance never comes and fix anything so if you plan on living here I hope you’re ready to be hands on and fix things yourself.
