March 24, 2026Washer Fix We’re new so not really sure what constitutes emergency maintenance yet. Submitted request on Wednesday night and didn’t have anyone come out until the next Monday. But after that we had it fixed right away on Tuesday. Besides the initial delay it was sorted out very well and they were both very friendly!Property Manager Responded

I’ve lived here for at least 10 years and the teams always fix or replace broken appliances , can answered calls in the middle of the night when the resident above me wasn’t using his disposal properly Recently, they painted my apt with due to sweating pipes and my apartment is a home I can be proud of. Poorly Managed
June 3, 2025The last 2 times I have renewed my lease, the front office has failed to finalize, then charged hundreds in fees for "month to month rent" and others. Maintenance is slow to respond to calls (3 months to fix a patio door that gets pulled open when windy even when locked DURING WINTER), the maintenance fixes are often quick jobs that don't last, and the apartments and kitchens in particular are outdated. There are reoccurring water main breaks (several a year) as well as a newly added fee for no ...additional service this year along with the usual rent increases. The only saving graces are the location and apartment size.Property Manager Responded
