July 8, 2025Life is rife with its ups and downs. While you can't count on everything being perfect at all times, you can rely on the staff and maintenance crew at STELLA BOCA RATON Apartments to be very responsive whenever you alert them via Resident App (or email when appropriate). Got patio screens flapping in the breeze? I logged a request via Resident App that a few small holes be closed up. This triggered a crew of climbers with tools and ladders be deployed to fully remove the existing screen with ...a new one being placed. Amazing. When the brand-spanking-new HVAC Air-Conditioning unit failed, STELLA BOCA RATON Apartments staff and maintenance were on that as fast as I could report. Through multiple failures, during aggravating extreme heat, they placed portable air-conditioning units upstairs and downstairs during repairs for my comfort. And until they could respond, I waited in the Clubhouse in their crisp air-conditioning. Resident App to ALERT! Bye for now!Property Manager Responded

June 23, 2025Great location. Great schools. The area is full of trash and dry leaves. All BBQs on coals have been removed from the area. Old windows in the units - no sound insulation (at night there is a lot of noise from traffic on the roads).Property Manager Responded

June 14, 2025The leasing office posted demanding letters on all doors stating various rules and new regulations. Then the following week posted another note on doors as a final warning you’d be checking the property and enforcing the letters. 2/3 weeks have passed and if I have to change my balcony and my neighbors do not. I would like to put my rented apartment’s balcony & front porch back to how it was previously. And maintenance should need to check per waste baskets more frequently in the summer months, ...the baskets smell horrible.Property Manager Responded
