Overall happy
February 2, 2018I’ve been here for almost a year and haven’t had any bad experiences unlike some of the other residents. It’s clean and quiet for the most part which I really like because I am still a student. Literally the only small issues I have had were problems with a small leak under my sink and a small hole in my outside screens for my windows and both were fixed within 24 hours. The thing is, is this is not bad in reality. I feel like apartment living has other challenges that owning your own home does ...not and vise versa which people forget to expect when they consider living in apartments. January 11, 2016I have lived here for 6 months and have had nothing but good experiences with management. They are always prompt when returning my phone calls or emails. It is a decent place to live. You can't find a place this nice for such a cheap price. I love the pool during the summer, and the property is kept clean during the year.
