Noisy all the time

Refused to let me see the property
July 20, 2022They refused to let me view an apartment nor would they send me pictures that aren't the same 3 photos they have on here. Management was extremely rude saying how people rent apartments without viewing them and was very deceptive. Will report to the BBB.Review from Apartments.com
POOR Service
April 27, 2022If I could give this property a 0-star review I would. I called inquiring about a 2 or 3 bedroom letting them know my move-in date is flexible. Jody said they didn't have anything available so could not assist me and to call back in a few weeks. All I wanted was some information! Maybe if there was a waitlist I would join, schedule a tour of the property, details of the 2 and 3 beds so when one does come available I will know if this property will work for me, anything! The conversation was quick ...but very painful. She provided a huge disservice to not only me but her property, the owners, and the property management company. Very comfortable and convenient
March 10, 2020Lived here in a studio for a year and no complaints. Management was very helpful and accommodating. Was also very convenient as the bus stop is right in front of the complex so commutes to central Hartford and other restaurants around the area are made easier. October 23, 2018My wife stayed at Stepny in the South building for 4 months from May thru August. The staff is excellent. From the girls in the office, to the maintenance guys, all employees have been wonderful, professional, and helpful. Stepny place review
July 20, 2015I'm actually renting one of the new studio apartments and paying nearly a $1000 for it. The studio is slightly big and looks modern. With the amenities it's offering its a little expensive. The hallways slightly smell and the company uses cheap products on its fittings. There's plenty of parking and it's situated in a good accessible area. Overall I like the apartment and I would recommend it to my friends.Review from Apartments.com
