STAY AWAY
February 17, 2023My daughter lives here and can't wait till her lease is up. Every six months the rent goes up. Since she's been there she has had over 20 work orders on her AC. Leakes from the kitchen ceiling, water turned off every other week. She has missed countless days from work for maintenance issues to come fix things. And now a leak she reported Thursday and now its friday and they say they can't promise they will be able to fix it today which means it may wait till monday at least to get fixed as its ...leaking all on to the floor and ruined the floor. This place is not worth the price at all and they realy don't care about fixing anything . She dose have videos and pictures of all the issues she has endured and copies of all the phone calls. Old apartment complex
June 29, 2021The staff is very friendly and kind , rent is affordable, but it's just old apartment complex, I live in the first floor and there was a water leak from the roof | notified the maintance and they sent someone to fix it, they came in didn't do anything than the roof fall off and damaged my furniture luckily I was able to wake up before it fall on top of me, had to call maitance again and they fix it by putting a cardboard and it just started to leak again this happened on June 23th 2021 when I ...first notified , it's now June 29th 2021 and still waiting for it to be fixed.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com

Great Place to Live!!!
March 16, 2020Been living here for over 6 months!!! Getting ready to renew my lease for another 6 months. The process was easy and fast when I first applied. They also offer a Flex Plan which allows you to pay half your rent on the 1st & the other half on the 15th. No other apt complex in Baytown offers that. The Maintenance is awesome & very attentive when you put in work orders. The office staff is very friendly & welcoming. December 15, 2018I've lived here for about 2 months now and I LOVE IT! The property is very quiet and my neighbors are wonderful (one neighbor has been living here for 15 years!). The office staff is very helpful and the flex-pay program they have has been very beneficial for me.
