Arielle is phenomenal! Even before the switch over to a new management, Ariell has been a pleasure to talk to, helpful, and accommodating whenever I have questions or requests. Over the past year with the new management, there have been signs of improvement overall, and occasional communications of their progress to make this apartment complex better. At least, it doesn't feel like this new management is just there to take your money. They are actively trying to make improvements. The renewal ...
process is easy. Multiple ways to pay rent. The pool works and is open. Maintenance responds in a timely manner. Short drives to wherever needed. Groceries, activities, and restaurants are a walkable distance, but this complex is far enough from the city center to not be bothered by tourists. AC works. My needs are met, 5 stars!

Poor management, people living here don’t have decency or respect for others ESPECIALLY when parking, car break ins constantly, shootings, bugs, and NONE of the amenities are maintained. Pool is open for maybe 3 weeks a year between random indefinite closings and “maintenance”. Gym lacks any working machinery. Laundry facilities were closed for like a year. Also, the apartment renovations they do between each tenant are so poor and shoddy. This place sucks, don’t waste your money

The renewal process was very easy. I haven’t had many issues living at Sterling Bluff. Arielle and Jessica are very helpful as best they can be. They are appreciated more than they know. Any time I’ve had any maintenance issues, they’ve been fixed in a timely manner. Maintenance guys communicate very well.

It’s very quiet I’ve had no issues with none of my neighbors. Arielle The leasing consultant is awesome and will try to help you with anything she can. Only issue I have is sometimes the trash compactor gets backed up and people leave their trash outside the compactor.

As of July 2024 I will have lived here for 7 years. Don't be deceived by the rent quoted. A new add on is the leader's contribution to "common area utilities" which may vary from month-to-month. Plus there is a five dollar "service charge" each month for the"priviledge" of being billed! Sure this is probably lowest rent facility of its type in the area, but you risk being nickle-and-dimed to death. The local staff are great, but the management company doesn't care about a stable renter ...

Worst apartment complex ever

The complex is filled with summer roaches. When Hurricane Matthew came through it flooded all of the downstairs apartments. Later I found out that this property is located in a area that requires mandatory flood insurance which they don't have. They didn't even mention flooding when signing up like they should of did with every tenant. After everyone being flooded they did not want to pay and provide a hotel until the renovations. They told renters that they can get them a discounted rate. Later ...
they decided to try to get people to sign a waiver that says they are not liable for damages to any personal property when they come in rip out all of the carpet and fix the apartments. They finally decided to pay a moving company to move to storage units for people like 5 days later but it is the tenants responsibility to get his personal property back. I would never recommend anyone to stay here. They are a bunch of liars and they don't care about anyone.

Most importantly I love this location of apartments. It is in the middle of everything here in Savannah. The rates have been slowly creeping upwards and that is the main downside. I look forward to all the new reservations that are occurring. The staff is incredible and the neighbors are pleasant and this adds to why I love living here.
