Terrible Management

Been living here for months, there are feral cats EVERYWHERE, they’ve damaged our cars, there is cat poop and pee everywhere. There is trash everywhere around the property. There are walnut trees overhanging every parking space and when the walnuts fall they have ALSO damaged both our vehicles. Dents all over our roofs and hoods. They let several tenants have indoor/outdoor cats and there are fleas in the CARPETED outdoor hallways, those carpeted hallways are also COVERED in dog hair. There are ...
bugs, spiders, grasshoppers and roaches all over the place. They have double standards with tenants. They closed the pool 12 weeks early to punish the tenants because some kids bent their cheap aluminum fence. The management is ridiculous. 10/10 don’t recommend. We will not be renewing our lease. To their credit our apartment is okay. But the area is not great, just down the street there are some pretty low income houses that make the whole area unsafe and the management is quite ridiculous
