Karl is absolutely wonderful and the best on-site maintenance worker I've ever met. He's kind, professional, thorough, and prompt. Elena, the assistant manager, is wonderful as well. I had a few maintenence requests after moving in and they had everything scheduled and fixed within 48 hours. So greatful and impressed with this team.

I wrote a maintenance request about my dishwasher having a leak during the draing cycle. Karl came out the next afternoon to check it out and put in a repair request with their appliance contractor. They called the next day and we made an appointment for them to come out and inspect it as soon as they could.
Excellent response.

Carl is super personable and handles situations with professionalism. As a previous maintenance worker for a different property management, you dont fine many like him. Give that man a raise!
The property and community is fantastic. It has a beautiful landscape with many amenities and is safe. I would recommend this complex to anyone who wants to live in a safe and warming community / area in Chico.

Very Poor Results I requested to have my Dishwasher repaired three plus months ago! Ginno's came out twice and finally agreed with me that the PC was bad. They referred the matter back to Sterling Oaks Staff. who have chosen to drag their feet. The left hand doesn't know what the right hand is doing. We have not had a manager onsite for some time. Yet, each month I don't receive a discount for not having a dishwasher. Which is part of the rental agreement. Basically, I continue to receive ...
excuses. Enough for now, I have to go buy some more paper plates.
