Apartment is good but mangament....

We signed our lease in February to move in August. In those 6 months, my roommates and I had so many problems with the management. One of us will as a question and get one answer and another roommate will ask the same question and get a completely different answer. This was not an isolated incident. This happened almost every time we had a question about something. Also, we were made to pay a full months rent for August BUT they would not let us NO MATTER WHAT to let us move in before August ...
14th. It was very stressful because we moved in the 14th and had class the following Monday, the 17th. Another thing that is a reoccurring inconvenience is that you get a parking pass but they do not have enough parking spaces for as many residence that live in the apartments. However, they do have street parking but on a Friday or Saturday night, if you work late into the night you can be guaranteed to be parking a half a mile down a VERY dark street and walking to your apartment. Not very safe. They also have reserved spaces for people who resign their lease but not every reserved space is being used by a permanent tenant but if ANYONE parks there you will get towed and have to pay $200 to get you car back. I really wish I waited when apartment searching and never committed myself to this place. The apartment itself is fine and only has a few flaws.
