this place isn't good.

I have been here for 2 months. the apartment I moved into wasn't cleaned prior at all. there were wasp nests in the windows, roaches everywhere and I haven't had heat or ac since I moved in. the floor under the carpet has been jig sawed together so everywhere you walk it feels like the boards are about to cave in. lights dont work in common areas. gas leaks and police visits are a plenty. make sure you lock your cars if you do move in. dont use the laundry mat. be ready to move your stuff into ...
storage and get some pesticides so you dont bring the bugs with you when you finally escape the atrocity that is sterling park.

Not a great first impression

Management changed 2 times within a year of me living there. They make promises they can’t keep like getting the pool ready for summer, instead they let it sit and become a pool for mosquitoes and other insects. They never replace smoke detectors, the one in my building was tore out and never replaced along with the light in the stairwell. They tried charging me full price of my rent even after it was paid a month in advance, I had to show my bank statements to them. There are roaches and they ...
tried charging me $100 if I was not home waiting for the exterminator without a full 24 hour notice when the work order was put in over a week in advance. The roaches are coming from the other apartment. The trash area is always overflowing and nasty. Definitely had better hopes for this place. They did replace the light in my shower tho!

horrible management, horrible conditions.

Management never cared about problems or did anything to help. Always prioritized saving money over fixing a problem. Lived here for 5 months A/C has been broken for all five and they refuse to replace it or fix it.

Unbelievably Helpful Staff

I recently relocated from FL to OKC for work. Every step of the way I encountered obstacles including having my rental truck hit and run, severe weather changes, ice on roads. But the staff at Sterling Park went above and beyond to work with me and making sure I had a place to call home. Very thankful for them, and look forward to being a long term /permanent tenant!
