I moved out on my own gor the first time a year ago. Sterling Pointe is a great plat to get that kind of start. The prices a great and the property is well maintained. The customer service is very helpful and friendly as well.

Packages stolen and gardeners

I have had a few packages stolen at this apartment complex. Management does not give a crap at all. Lots of people here smoke marijuana and it is so pungent in smell it will permeate into my apartment from next door. Even with doors and windows shut. I wouldn’t care except it somehow spreads into my apartment too and gives me a headache. Management does not care that people smoke lots of weed here.

Me and my fiancé just moved in not too long ago and we are in love with the beautiful and unique apartment. We love how fast the oven heats up and how fast the maintenance men help if something needs looked at!

The staff has been wonderful on answering any/all questions I've had! The 1 bedroom apartment is huge. They have an awesome community garden.any issues I've had they have been quick to respond and understanding. I am hoping to be here for a few more years and am very happy to call this apartment complex my home. They keep up with the grounds and have really cool amenities! -Brooke Spruill

My wife and I have been here since 2022. We love the friendly environment and the overall atmosphere with the pretty trees. You don’t feel too much like you’re living in a crammed complex. There are very few inspections as well, so you hardly feel like they’re in the way. Maintenance has been helpful too. The clubhouse is also really clean and has a really nice theater / gym area. I think the only thing this place could do better is having more than one grill for the entire complex, or being less ...
picky about having grills out on the porch. Overall, it’s a great place!
