February 11, 2024Location was sketchy. Mailbox's were broken into often and delivered packages disappeared/stolen. Very hard to get in touch with management. Only window didnt open. Mice were a problem. Parking is hit or miss. Was scary at night. Was nice to be close to Fremont and all the stores. Apt (studio) was small, but sufficient. I see a new washer/dryer area and if the pictures are accurate, have been updated.Review from Apartments.com
complete Horror Show
August 3, 2022I wish I had more to say positive about this place but that’s impossible when they have infestation of mice and rats running through each unit kitchen wall and bathroom floor they have a tremendous amount of homeless people around and in the complex the gate never stay locked somebody is always using drugs on one of the floors you can smell it just terribleReview from Apartments.com
