Maintenance does nothing
April 17, 2025Paying for amenities we barely get to use. The second bathroom shower has never worked, always cold, no worling vent. The downstairs bathroom barely has light (1/3 works), the toilet seat is broken. We pay for pest control yet have a new infestation weekly. And maintenance opened a whole in the wall in the upstairs bathroom saying it was for the water heater, never closed it, and now bugs keep crawling in from there. And the key they give you barely opens your door.Property Manager Responded

January 1, 2025I lived here for about 2 years. When I tell you that this is the most professional leasing office I've ever dealt with, I mean it. They are kind, Veteran-friendly and actually get to know you. The apartments are nice, the swimming pools are plentiful and the gym is one of the best I've ever seen at an apartment complex. December 7, 2024I love living here. It’s so quiet and my apartment is comfy and cozy. I feel safe coming home at any time. I love the gym and the fact we have one pool open all year round. The office staff are so helpful. If I had to complain it would be that maintenance takes a little long to fix things but they are not emergencies.Property Manager Responded

December 5, 2024Everyone is super nice, my neighbors aren’t noisy or rude, and the amenities are super nice! a 24 hour gym is super convenient! the pond at the front of the property is really pretty and it draws in ducks which is super cute!Property Manager Responded

December 5, 2024New Resident - The moment I called and spoke to Lisa I knew I would enjoy my time living in my new home. I have a lot on my plate with a 4 month old daughter and Lisa was an angel that helped me find exactly what I needed while taking handfuls off my plate to help me during the entire process. She then introduced me to Felicia who just sealed the deal even more, playing with my daughter so I may get move in paperwork done, keeping us both smiling and happy. I was able to meet the head of ...maintenance, he was great and had an outgoing personality, feeling like I was in good hands to have anything in the future I needed fixed. I had no issues with my leasing process, and look forward to seeing everyone at the property .Property Manager Responded
