October 2, 2018I have lived in this building for over 3 years. I have never had any issues, and the owner is great. Quiet building with great neighbors. Very well kept units. Lots of upgrades and added security systems have been done to the building over the past year. Fair rent values, not overpriced like the rest of Tacoma. Most of the tenants have been living in this building for years.Review from Apartments.com
Stay away
November 14, 2015The owner is horrible and doesn't follow fair housing or any other laws, she has no idea what she is doing. The garages constantly get broken into, and the trash is always overflowing. Tweakers surround the building and sometimes pass out in front of the doors so you have to call the cops to move them to get in. The apartments are nice and priced fairly well but there's no windows that open and you look at a brick wall from either side.Review from Apartments.com
