Horrible Management
February 29, 2024The laundry unit has been under remodeling for four months and we’ve haven’t even been able to use it. Everyone in the community has to wash elsewhere, and when asking management for updates they’re unable to give direct answers. Aside from that, they are extremely rude and inconsiderate, they don’t allow people to park inside the gate despite having limited parking outside of the gate and don’t even allow people to drop things off. Beautiful
June 25, 2018As with every place there are Pros and Cons. Nothing is going to be perfect without a price. These are honestly pretty awesome. I can walk to the beach (takes about 25 min) I can walk to the community pool or the zoo. The 7-11 is 2 minutes walking distance which is perfect on these very HOT days. There is a pier that oversees the Gordon River and is a really great view during my early morning and evening walks. I would recommend stopping by and giving them a chance. June 22, 2018Very affordable & Chill place to live. Neighbors are friendly & community allows large Dog breeds! Awsome perk - if you have kids theres a park 5 minutes away! & amd aquatic center! Nice trails, fishing area, and playground, ooh and basketball court! The office staff is super friendly and understanding of any needs and concerns, also Bilingial!! Gordon river apartments
June 30, 2017The prices for the apartments are expensive as it has no Air Central, Small rooms/Bathroom, and the Manitance guy does what he can when he can when there's an issue. The pro is it's close to downtown, the mall and other shopping areas. If they remodeled the apartments, it would be a really good community to live inReview from Apartments.com
It could be so much better
September 22, 2015Renovation is required. They keep rasing the rent when 1) no air central 2)the apts are small 3)the neighborhood is not the best 4)the management is not the best. They tow your car from your assigned parking spot for no reason. Apart from that, it could be a very nice community. Instead of throwing out the low income people out, and getting new people for that same old, humid, broken apts, they should close down and remodel.Review from Apartments.com
