I was a resident at Stockbridge Apartments, managed by Arboreal Property Management, and my experience was very disappointing.
Over the several weeks leading up to my departure, I reported multiple unsafe and unsanitary conditions around the property, including trash buildup and broken glass at the building’s back doorway, which directly affected resident safety. manager and management office, none of my concerns were acknowledged or addressed.
When I asked about these issues and how they related to the lease’s maintenance section, management stated that these hazards did not fall under their responsibility. I ultimately decided to give notice to vacate because I no longer felt safe or supported as a resident.
It was unfortunate, but I believed that poor communication and a lack of responsiveness from management had caused residents to lose confidence in the property and ultimately leave the building.
