May 23, 20241. Convenient to campus with great shuttle bus 2. Safety and security is taken seriously 3. Huge apartments with top end furnishings and appliances. 4. Price very reasonable. 5. Amaazing amenities- and always open. Nicest gym in Tucson- huge outdoor jumbo tron that you can play anything on with every streaming service provided known to humankind. 6. Love the grills- so easy to turn on and off and get so hot. 7. Really considerate staff. Always doing stuff that is unheard of. Someone sent me ...flowers and I couldn't pick them up for a couple of days. The staff changed the water in the vase for me- not something I would ask for and it also made me cry tears of joy. 8. Great Apt Complex & Well Priced
December 15, 2020I lived here and really enjoyed it! Close to campus with plenty of amenities, the gym is awesome. I paid a lot less than some of my friends in other comparable complexes. DO NOT STAY HERE!
September 29, 2015After only living here for 2 months, it is obvious that the staff here does not care about the residents. Over twenty car break-ins and nothing has been done. They claim to have video surveillance but it does not cover the entire property. There is no night security unlike all of the other apartments in the area. The shuttle schedule does not make sense and only holds 12 people, so many times you have to drive anyways. The office staff is rude and clearly doesn't care about the residents, and ...blames every problem on you. When there was a bug infestation, we were blamed for having food left under our fridge when we had only been in the unit for 2 days and hadn't gone grocery shopping. Despite multiple residents admitting that they don't feel safe and would prefer night security, the request was overlooked and we were told to "submit multiple police reports to get more police presence in the area".
