March 18, 2026 - Review from Apartments.comTotally stunning. Extremely reasonable priced for everything you get and totally different than everything else here. Free breakfast, free private limo rides until 2am, super reliable shuttle to campus, friendly staff that goes out of their way, really safe with guards I've come to really like, and the fitness center is off the hook. This place is a huge step up from the garbage high rises off speedway that cost more and give you less with a million times the aggravation.

I paid a lot less than some of my friends in other comparable complexes. Highly recommend living at the Stone Avenue Standard. Staff was super friendly and professional. Did not have any issues.

September 29, 2015 - Review from Apartments.comAfter only living here for 2 months, it is obvious that the staff here does not care about the residents. Over twenty car break-ins and nothing has been done. They claim to have video surveillance but it does not cover the entire property. There is no night security unlike all of the other apartments in the area. The shuttle schedule does not make sense and only holds 12 people, so many times you have to drive anyways. The office staff is rude and clearly doesn't care about the residents, and ...blames every problem on you. When there was a bug infestation, we were blamed for having food left under our fridge when we had only been in the unit for 2 days and hadn't gone grocery shopping. Despite multiple residents admitting that they don't feel safe and would prefer night security, the request was overlooked and we were told to "submit multiple police reports to get more police presence in the area". Pay a little extra to live somewhere else.Read More
