February 5, 2024Not a safe place to live. The gated community is a joke because it is always broken. The value for money is not worth it and is the most overpriced rentals in the area. Not well maintained buildings and up keep like the HVAC or Heat. The heating bills are well over $300 a month for townhomes because the windows are not insulated and the HVAC systems are all unbalanced. The Pool is sometime open --sometime not depending on whether they can get a lifeguard there ---it is a joke with how this ...place is managed. If you want to talk to someone who can actually answer your question or fix your rent bill good luck with that as well. It is owned by a conglomerate who could care less about you once you sign the lease and never responds.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com

New apartments, ample parking, well quipped fitness center, play areas for kids, well maintained pool with an on-board life guard and very responsive management... April 26, 2018Ive been a tenant at Stonebridge for almost 3 years now. I had a issue with my gate / entry pod. It broke and the same day I took it into the office for replacement I recvd a brand new one within minutes. Thank you Dawn for your speedy response and assistance. I'm currently 8 months pregnant and the friendly and inviting environment makes it comforting for me and safe for my child.
