The office staff was extremely helpful in walking us through the application process and making sure we got everything in we needed to get our apartment. The staff is super sweet and the maintenance are always helpful when we need them. The apartments are in a great location, with the park being right down the road, me and my kids walk, or drive, there quite often. The pool is also a nice addition to living here!

Every experience we have had with maintenance they are respectful they let us know an estimate time they will be there and are always on time which is amazing considering how many units they look after, and before they even leave they always ask “Is there anything thing else I can help you with?”. There is a beautiful pool on site as well as a stunning ...pool they open every summer! It’s so hard to find places that allow pets so when we saw they had openings we jumped at the chance! So welcoming and supportive and treats everyone like family. The maintenance department is equally superior. I have never had to wait more than a few hours for them to get to any concerns I've had. While this may be an older property in the area the updates and beautification of the property stand out among the newer places around town. They pull ...area is always immaculately clean and the amenities there are always well maintained. My neighbors are exceptional and that is because the management is unapologetic about who moves in here and how the residents conduct themselves. I'm a single woman and an empty nester and I feel safer and more secure here than I did at a much higher end property near Signal Mountain. I rarely leave reviews however I just cannot say enough about my overwhelmingly positive experience at Stonebrook.Read More
