Paper thin walls, floors, and ceilings. you will hear your neighbors all day long. Area is also sketchy—there was a mass shooting right across the street on Redwood Ave where 5 people were shot. Live here at your own risk.

Nice apartments but if you have 2 cars and rent a studio or one bedroom you are out of luck. Only one car is allowed on property for parking in these types units and the neighborhood is very crowded. It's to much of a hassle every day for the cost. Will not be renewing.
