January 6, 2022 - Review from Apartments.comWhen I moved into my apartment it was infested with roaches. I can hear EVERYTHING that is happening outside, even people talking as they're walking by. There's also many issues wrong with my apartment that I have made the office aware about for MONTHS. I have called many times about it and even gone into the office. Each time I am told "Oh, we'll send maintenance over." And then maintenance never shows up. When I call again they act all surprised that they didn't show up and then tell me that ...they will call them and send them over. Repeat cycle. Additionally I have had things stolen from my apartment so I don't feel safe. I hate my apartment and I wish I never moved here.Read More

The new lease office manager is a snob who apparently believes she is leasing high rise condos in Manhattan. I have contacted the office on two occasions, the office manager was patronizing and takes herself and that dump property way too seriously. The second on a Fri ready to get a lease was told the entire office is out sick and I could call Mon. I won't be calling again if she is who you deal with no thank you.
