I loved living here. Maintenance was incredibly fast and very friendly. Price was kept low enough so you could pay for Internet and electricity and still have a little it over from an O 1 BAH. If I had to move back to Lawton this would be the first place I would check.

Everything we needed and wanted. So happy that we have decided to stay a couple of years. Staff is amazing and helpful. We came from having the stresses of owning property, paying mortgage, and being responsible for all repairs. This had reduced a lot of stress and has allowed us more quality time. Any issues we have had they have been quick to fix. Love this place.

I found these apartments and they fit my budget nicely. Cost less than other apartments in the area and the management was great the whole time there. Nearly a 10 minute drive from Fort Sill and nice amenities. I enjoyed living in these apartments and sadly had to move to be able to have enough space for my family. Great place for great price. Would highly recommend

Management is full of excuses on multiple issues affecting the quality of the living space. Apartments are from the 70s-80s and have serious plumbing problems. They have a fence but no gates which allow and enable non-residents to squat in the parking lot, use the open laundry room (keypad does not work), illegally dump (dumpsters are always overflowing), and dumpster dive. In addition, the local demographic feels the need to use the parking lot as a shortcut between the local roads thanks to ...
speed bumps being limited to the leasing office area which is the only near-immaculate location of the complex. The staff allows the mailbox garbage can to overflow and litter to blow freely through and around the apartment entrances. It appears they are taking anyone that can pay the move-in fees and military attempting to cash in on their housing allowances. Walkthrough the site with the advertised list of what they supposedly offer; very exaggerated.

New management is incredibly rude and unbothered by the needs of the renters. We’ve put in multiple work orders for our AC/Heat to find no change or assistance with the matter. Truck was broken into recently and when we asked if the property has camera management looked me in the face and asked what cameras on the property have to do with them or why I even bothered to come down to the office. Unbelievable.

It was the first place I visited seeking housing when I arrived to Lawton because of military orders. I was so satisfied with the place that I decided to stay. Service was excellent, staff and personnel was attentive all the period I lived there. Is located in a nice living area and environment. The prices of rent are very reasonable, constant maintenance and a fast response time. No complaints. Totally satisfied with my stay there.

I really love living at Stone Ridge. The property is really beautiful and management keeps upgrading it all the time. The rent is pretty reasonable and maintenance always fixes any issue we have within 24 hours. I’ve never had an issue with our AC. We never have any issues with noise or disturbances either. I highly recommend this complex to anyone in need of an apartment.

our AC has been out since we moved and they just give us a window unit although it still gets 80 degrees and I have an infant. The staff are the rudest people I've ever met and you will always be met with an eye roll. Don't recommend EVER
