It’s not worth the money
April 24, 2025 - Review from Apartments.comI lived here for a year and the property manager is very unprofessional and will not answer the phone if you have questions. There’s a lot of bugs especially during the summer I scooted my fridge back once and seen dozens of them!!!!

Everyone attitude sucks so much but I been living out here for a year and 4 months and Tasha has always been kind and very helpful, don’t kno what they would do without her. My apartment is very spacious I have a lot of room in my two bedroom. They should fix the park for the kids, those roads , and do something about people bringing bad company around starting violence. Stone ridge isn’t bad it’s people allowing outsiders in!

October 1, 2020 - Review from Apartments.comAt first it was a good decision for a starter apartment, but over time I changed my mind. My first incident was two weeks after I moved in my pilot light on my stove went out, they took over a month to come and check. When they finally did come they asked was it my oven. Next incident was ants. Terminix lied and said they came to my apartment and they didn't because I was home all day but the rent office called and said they didn't have the right key. Next incident was evidence of mice, I called ...the after hours line and they acted like they did not care. Finally my tub constantly dripping water and changing the color of my tub. I've called multiple times and was basically told because we don't pay water and it is not running on the floor that its not a priority. So overall I will not be renewing my lease and I have only been living here almost 7 months, and each month it has just gotten worse. They have attitudes when you call for a problem They come to fix things whenever they feel like. You get what you pay for , so if you can look for other options please consider them.Read More

She stayed in contact with me and was very professional every step of the way. She made sure I knew what was going on with the process and was able to answer every question anytime I called. Once moved in I was able to still reach out if needed. Its very quite beside children playing which is beyond fine with me. If your looking to move in definitely ask for Tasha!

They come start a job and won’t complete it. You can seen the beams through the walls. You’re gonna have to pay for the closet doors because they all fall off. The plumbing is horrible. Toilets always broke. Toilet backs up into tub. Sewage leaks. People breaking into apartments. The office staff is very rude and nasty especially the office manager. The only ...good thing about these apartments is that it’s the cheapest in the area and they are a nice size but other than that just run for the hills because they can’t even keep the same management company for a year.Read More

On top of the dangers of this complex the maintenance people are not efficient at all. The office is very slow to responding to repairs. There is a serious mold and bug problem. I wish more tenants would write reviews on stone ridge in effort to save the next person from making a bad decision.
