December 18, 2025My experience has been wonderful! Maintenance is fast, the office staff has always been nice and helpful. I had one complaint and it was immediately addressed. The location is convenient for shopping and accessing the freeway! The school district is great in the area! And for the most part it’s generally quiet!Property Manager Responded

December 17, 2025I love Stonebridge Ranch, BEST complex in AZ!! The staff is exceptional and the maintenance crew is amazing! David, Josh and Britain are the best!! The staff is always attentive, helpful and friendly, especially Danielle, Lindsay and Rosa!! Very safe and friendly community! Love all the activities/events that the complex runs! Close to shopping and Downtown Chandler!! If you are looking for a nice, quiet, safe place to live and enjoy being around amazing people, look no farther than Stonebridge ...Ranch!Property Manager Responded

December 9, 2025Overall I’m very pleased with this community. I do some concerns of recent. I have reported multiple times over several weeks the following and there still are no repairs. 1. The lights are out in the following areas. A. The lights over grills near the main pool have been out for a very long time. It’s very dark and you have to use a flashlight to grill. B. The lights on the backside of the leasing office have also been out for a very long time. Anyone going in to use the gym is doing so ...through a very dark path/doorway. C. The fireplace does not work. Very disappointing for this time of year. I’ve reported this numerous times. D. The gate on the far south side of the main pool does not lock. Very dangerous if a little kid wondered into the area. E. The pools heater seems to not be working. The water is ice cold. F. The lights within the pool are also out. With all of this seemingly electrical, I fear someone getting into the pool could be electrocuted.Property Manager Responded

Danielle is the one who helped me move in, and she made it such a seamless, exciting, and poistive experience. Moving can be stressful, but it isn't at Stonebridge Ranch. Since moving in, I've had the absolute best experience and I would recommend this property to anyone and everyone looking for an affordable, nice, community with all age ranges. It is extremely dog-friendly, and everyone does ...their part in keeping the community clean.
