animal urine, black mold, uncooperative management

lived here for less than 24hrs until my family HAD to vacate due to inhabitable conditions. dried animal urine at the bottom of doors, urine stains on the carpets, a broken TAPED UP fridge….. the list kinda just keeps going. management only offered to clean or replace the carpets and gave us no alternatives and no place to stay in the meantime. we asked for another unit and they said they had none available when they had multiple listed on their website.
