Disappointed

When I originally went to view the apartments, I was told they would be available August 24. I had to wait a few days to apply, and the apartments got moved to 9/27 for availability, which is fine, it happens. I was told that if I pay the application fee and the administration fee, and decided not to go with the apartment, that I would get the administration fee back (not the application fee which was fine), however, I just went to inquire about when the availability was because it has been moved ...
up online. I was now told the apartment I was applying for is not available until October 20 and they won’t have anything available before then and are not able to refund my administrative fee. These apartments look really nice, and I’m incredibly disappointed with this experience and lack of communication on their part. Considering refuting the charge with my bank due to service is not provided.
