Decent Apartments, Lousy Parking
January 18, 2023It's a decent, quiet apartment complex, with nice valet trash that's prompt. However, there isn't enough parking, so people park all over the road in many areas. Also the gym has been closed for months with no explanation.Property Manager Responded

May 3, 2021So far its okay. The apartment is nice for the price but I hate the patio situation. I dont like how some apartments have nice grass around their patio and others have dirt and leaves like mine. He always completes the work order within 24 hours of submitting the request and makes sure that everything is great before he leaves. September 28, 2020I have the renovated Ashlar. Its a good size for my bf and I. The move in experience was average since I was promised keys and a move in packet at a certain time in my apt and they werent there. I had to call the office twice to get my move in packet. My gate cards and gate keys also did not work until days after so that was very inconvenient for my friends and family that were helping me move in. Maintenance staff is super fast and friendly. The complex is kept clean and I appreciate that. The ...gate is currently open/broken so its be nice they fix that sooner than later. Gate has been open for more than two weeks now.
