Decent Apartments, Lousy Parking

It's a decent, quiet apartment complex, with nice valet trash that's prompt. However, there isn't enough parking, so people park all over the road in many areas.
Also the gym has been closed for months with no explanation.

So far its okay. The apartment is nice for the price but I hate the patio situation. I dont like how some apartments have nice grass around their patio and others have dirt and leaves like mine. There was also a lot miscommunication with the leasing manager when signing it and that truly made me weary of living here.

The maintenance worker Nelson is very quick and efficient at his job. He always completes the work order within 24 hours of submitting the request and makes sure that everything is great before he leaves. Ive lived in other apartment complexes before this one and having maintenance complete work order immediately gives me peace of mind.

I have the renovated Ashlar. Its a good size for my bf and I. The move in experience was average since I was promised keys and a move in packet at a certain time in my apt and they werent there. I had to call the office twice to get my move in packet. My gate cards and gate keys also did not work until days after so that was very inconvenient for my friends and family that were helping me move in. Maintenance staff is super fast and friendly. The complex is kept clean and I appreciate that. The ...
gate is currently open/broken so its be nice they fix that sooner than later. Gate has been open for more than two weeks now. Overall I love my apartment and dont regret moving in, its worth the price and I feel safe when the gate works.

Honestly i enjoyed my time in stonecastle only isse being the dryer as it stop working time to time, each yime asking maintanance to fix it. Besides that Its calm just the way i like it. I do also with some of the neighbor didn´t make too much a riot with the engines of their vehicles time ti time.
