June 23, 2023Visited this place earlier in the week as part of my search for a new place just looking for info for my move. I have a lot of uncertainty in when and what I can ultimately afford. The staff helped understand my wants and needs and were very helpful in letting me know how they can work with me as best as possible. Save yourself the trouble
October 5, 2021Our AC was out for over the first two weeks of us living here. Maintenance "fixed" it and says it blows. Well, our baby monitor shows the room to get to 78 degrees plus even with the AC on. We have now been asked to remove our personal window unit that was our last lifeline to a comfortable temperature in our home. This is ABSOLUTELY ridiculous. I do NOT recommend!Review from Apartments.com
Just not good..
November 18, 2019Just moved 3 months ago.. First off it’s a good area. The apartments are very nice for the price. It’s next to a school and a park.. Also it’s very military friendly. But the bad.. The management.. They force you to get there internet and tv plan community wide. Which through a person who doesn’t watch tv but is forced to pay for it pissed me off. The community internet is terribly slow also. Second maintenance.. i lived there for a year and half. Constantly had the ac go out.. think 5 times in ...all. Bugs.. the font porch was infested with termites. They did nothing but cover it up. My gutter fell down exposing a massive hole leading inside the ceiling which was never fixed. And when it was icy they never put down icemelt leading my eldest neighbor to almost fall down the stairs.. And last the front office. When I moved out I requested for months what I her left to pay. And every time I was met with u are good to go. Then at the last min she dropped a 550 move out fee.. please please don’t move here.. it’s just bad!!!Property Manager Responded
