DONT LIVE HERE EVERRRR
March 26, 2023If I could put pictures so you guys could really see how bad it is I would. The problems are endless and there’s been an issue since I moved in. Please don’t expect your unit to look like the one in the pictures or the one they show you when you tour. Basically catfished by an apartment and I am actually disappointed in myself for ever signing a lease here. It’s disgusting that this is what my money goes towards. Don’t expect the money you work hard for and put into this place to ever be ...respected because no matter how many complaints or work orders you put in, they WILL be ignored. Nobody is ever in the office for whatever reason and maintenance really only exist if you have a small problem that you could probably just fix on your own. Any major issues like heating/AC problems or water damage and mold don’t expect it to ever be fixed because they don’t care about their tenants enough to fix it. If I had children I don’t think I’d even let them bathe in the bathtubs here because they are disgusting. Old tubs that are painted over and the paint will just chip and float in the water and the drains are constantly clogged. The kitchens seem nice and updated but if the appliances were used before you don’t expect them to be cleaned when you move in. Eventually that move in excitement will also fade and you’ll really realize how depressing living here is because it’s just super grey and dark. I in all honestly don’t even know if I could be paid to live here again because it’s just so disappointing. Do Not Move Here
March 22, 2023Management and maitenance are horrible. They are quick to take your money but pretty much refuse to fix anything that takes actual effort. Do not be fooled by fresh paint on the walls here. I wouldnt wish this headache on my worst enemy. Please find somehwere else to go.Review from Apartments.com

January 9, 2023Everything about Stonegate apartments is horrible,from management to maintenance that is a complete joke ,every review I read is so spot on,someone has to take a stand we have been without air and heat for over two weeks and we have mushrooms growing in our apartment and Black mold and they don't Seem to care ,they have an attitude when they have to do something. There is no place like home!
February 19, 2022If you’re looking for a place to settle down and call home, I can promise you, this is NOT that place. Wake-up to the blazing smell of reefa in the morning time. The property is quite poorly kept up. It like tape and paper clipped together. The maintenance manager is a joke. The landscape is always filthy nasty and dirty Do you love the wizard of oz, because there are opossums, rats, and snakes oh my. My neighbor reported a snake INSIDE of her apartment where she had three kids. The maintenance ...guy came and said he don’t see a snake, she told him where is went and showed him a video she recorded. He said it don’t look poisonous so what did she want him to do? The laundry facilities rarely work. My car was burglarized 3 times. Even my plants were stolen from my porch Apartments are roach infested The office staff is absolutely unprofessional in organization. It’s hard to reach anyone from the office. The office always seem to be closed during their business hours, and responses via email seem to take forever. DO NOT MOVE HERE
October 19, 2021I read all the reviews and saw the bad things people had to say and figured it wouldn’t happen to me but it did. Please take my advice. We haven’t even been in these apartments for 2 weeks yet. Leak in my bathroom, kitchen sink not working, water leaking everywhere under all the tiles, maintenance man didn’t even knock when coming into the apartment. He just walked right in. He said he would come back to fix something and never did. 2 outlets on 1 wall are not working. Loud neighbors, music ...always blasting and i have a newborn. office staff has no clue

Worst Experience Ever
October 21, 2020I don’t know where to start. I had a move in date that was scheduled but it keep getting push back. Management don’t over see anything. Renovation was being done and never completed. I had to come to the appointment several times to provide and update to the office who was unaware of incomplete construction. A month went by with no update from management. Would never recommend this place
July 5, 2020New people came in said they would fix everything wrong in my apartment. well it has been almost 6 months and things have just went down hill. They are nice just dont want to fix anything. The hot water goes in and out so u never know if you'll get a warm shower or not. But not having hot water isnt an emergency to them because we have stoves. Theyll change their minds when someone burns themselves with boiling water. I've had water leaking through the ceiling pretty much the whole time I've ...lived here. Water damage is getting bad. My cabinets are about to break. My neighbors are always yelling.
