This was the most traumatizing living experience I’ve ever had. I was in this apartment all of 4 months because it had a terrible roach and mice infestation. Mice crawling in the walls. Roaches crawling in the bedroom, kitchen, bathroom and even the washer and dryer. Even though the living conditions were inhabitable they still charged for moving out before the lease ended. Do not move here.

Regarding lease obligations, all move-out charges are assessed in accordance with the terms of the lease agreement. Our experience has been good. The only issue is the parking. It would be great if for the summer a family discount can be given for swimming and also to have a grill at the pool site since we are not allowed the have them anymore. Thanks

The appliance is very old and the cleaning of the corridor is not done regularly. The rent is very disorganized same flat they are charging old residents very high rate and newcomers they are giving at 500$ less rates this is not time based observed this since 1 year and while renewal of lease also they don’t offer new less rates same flat I pay 500$ higher. Water charges are high and gas charges are high .

The place is good and really appreciate the maintenance team’s reaction to faults. Those guys are really good and are always on time and do their best to fix faults. Also the administrative team has been very helpful and supportive. Bravo!!!

Have lived here for few years and leasing office commitments towards making residents happy with living experience is completely lost, they are only behind money. Pay for every thing. Have a list of problems which never will be answered properly, only answer we get is Management's decision.
No security lock for doors, no cc tv -even though there are many parcel thefts happening, mice problem in every building, Heater problem (solved temporarily)

I absolutely love the spot we have and our neighbors are wonderful. I do not like at all the neighbors upstairs because of all the problems we have had. I do not appreciate the treatment we get from the office and maintenance staff every time we have a flood in our apartment from c69 , our upstairs neighbors. The people that lived here before us never had floods , I know this because my neighbor's across from us have lived here for a long time. Nothing is ever really done about this on going ...
problem. Maintenance also does a half assed job when they have to do repairs to our apartment as well. When I had a flood in my bathroom, twice, it took over a week for it to get fixed and painted , when my towel rack broke about a month ago they just put a round white plate behind the one side that broke , it looks ridiculous also. When the flood in our kitchen ceiling has to be painted they didn't even match the paint , they did eventually paint it correctly after being told to do so.

There are some improvements in last year. Eg. Soccer ground , Events etc. but still some problems exists ,..rats are stillthere.Team tried to control it but that was not very effective.I-block walkway mat change and paint is due from last year and still nothing is done.For few blocks mats were changed last year , I block mats are in bad shape and still no change.

A wonderful neighborhood and the best school district. It's simple to commute to work. Be ready to live together with rodents, though. There was no permanent solution offered by management.
