This was the most traumatizing living experience I’ve ever had. I was in this apartment all of 4 months because it had a terrible roach and mice infestation. Mice crawling in the walls. Roaches crawling in the bedroom, kitchen, bathroom and even the washer and dryer. Even though the living conditions were inhabitable they still charged for moving out before the lease ended. Do not move here.

When concerns are reported, we work with licensed pest control professionals and our maintenance team to inspect the apartment, identify potential causes, and take appropriate corrective action. We understand how frustrating these situations can be and strive to resolve them as quickly as possible.
Regarding lease obligations, all move-out charges are assessed in accordance with the terms of the lease agreement. While we cannot discuss the details of an individual resident's account publicly, we encourage anyone with questions about their final charges to contact our management office so we can review them together.
