Better late than never, I guess
June 8, 2025Hello, my name is Barry and I would like to say to anyone thinking about resigning at Stonehaven on Main Street in New Port Richey, Florida I believe it is a good decision. I can only speak for my self I have to say it’s one of the nicest apartments and I looked at and believe me I looked at several. I was very happy with the apartments appearance. It’s appliances. Everything looked as it did the day. It was brand new. I was there for 17 months when I moved in I had to have furniture delivered ...and was not able to be there when the delivery was made so management and maintenance work together and let the movers in to set up my furniture Which I thought was very above and beyond. I only had a couple of minor issues to involve maintenance in and they were addressed within them a few hours so I would have to say maintenance is pretty outstanding.. also the property manager was very helpful with information to get the cable TV and the utilities up and running. My apartment looked out over the river. And I could look towards the bridge at the river and see most of what was going on at the park. I could hear most concerts because it was that close to everything in downtown New Port Richey this apartment is in a excellent location and when you combined the location, with the friendliness and courtesy of management and maintenance. It’s a great combination. Sorry to rattle along, but I just can’t say enough good things about my stay with Stonehaven Apartments in New Port Richey.. So if you decide to take up residence at Stonehaven apartments, I hope you’re stay is as pleasant as mine was for your entirety of your lease.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
Main Street Landing
May 14, 2020This a beautiful place and views to die for. Very poorly run by the managers. Maintenance is very poor, grounds not kept up, dog park grass is dead, elevators are Filthy. You send in maintenance requests and is ignored or deleted. Homeless walking around because of no security. Managers seem to make up the rules as they go, everyone is treated differently. ......Review from Apartments.com
