Poor communication with tenants and bugs

The apartments are all heavily infested with cockroaches and the landlord has done nothing to fix them. They also have poor communication with their tenants. When I lived there the landlord secretly canceled my lease without telling me until I found out months later with an eviction notice that i was also unaware of because i never got served the court papers either. they also secretly increased the rent way past my budget.

Mold infested apartments if you complain enough they’ll offer to move you to another mold infested apartment while they paint over the first one they try to hide the problems instead of fixing them apartments on the end of the buildings on the ground level all flood when it rains hard enough they put bandaids on all there plumbing issues to the point it’s totally shot. New owners are little better but not much they seem more eager to just up everyone’s rent not updates to apartments themselves ...
however . I wish I could put pictures because I assure u these apartments are disgusting .

Black mold everywhere. They use unqualified maintenance staff. They refuse to acknowledge problems. They also lie about contractors being contacted to fix the problems
