Bughurst Garden
May 24, 2021I have been living in Stonehurst for 7 months. The heat blows cold. The cold air blows hot. My apartment has become infested (killing and finding about 20 a day) with varieties of flies associated with death and decay (very large flies). I've watch these flies crawl from under the carpet, out of the vent, inside through a crack in the opening of my patio door, and simply piles of dead ones near window sills and where the wall meets the carpet. My apartment was 90 degrees from 3pm-3am last night. ...My roommate and girlfriend is pregnant, making this especially unbearable. I feel cheated because I moved in before the hear started decaying whatever is dead. I've been told this issue is isolated to my apartment which is utterly insane that this many rotting-meat flies are only attracted to my unit, despite any clear source of origin or attraction through my apartment. I was then asked to wait all day for maintenance that never showed. I'm just disappointed in my choice to live here at this point.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
I love it here!
October 20, 2018I just moved here and it is a very serene environment. It is an older structure so everything might not be perfect, but it feels like home and they are very quick to rectify your concerns. Shay, the apartment manager is very friendly and treats you like family. I even had a welcome package when moving in which was so cool! Great, quiet place to live.
August 21, 2018Nice, small neighborhood with plenty of parking, plenty of shade and a great place for a small family. I've loved raising my kids here and feel safe letting them play here. The location is close to grocery stores, movie theaters, a great pizza place, the best rotisserie chicken and a couple of cool bars. Management has always been super helpful and understanding. You get a phone number to call for maintenance and they show up very promptly. I'll keep living here.Review from Apartments.com

August 21, 2018I've lived here a long time and I find that the management here is always willing to work with you if there is a problem and are very caring and the maintenance is great Hindu the main maintenance man is the greatest they fix things quickly I like the fact that there are washers and dryers in each building and if there is a problem you can call Calico and they will come out and fix it usually the next day also the neighbors here seem to be very nice and it is a good community and it is a clean ...place to live we enjoy it here very much and hope to live here a long time. Also I don't drive and it is good that the apartment complex is near the main road so you can catch a bus it is also close to ShopRite and the movie theater and several restaurants and it is easy to get to my job also it is easy to get the bus to go to Wilmington or to the Christiana Mall 7-Eleven is across the street also Dom's Pizza it is very convenient for usRead MoreReview from Apartments.com

August 21, 2018I lived here for 10 yrs and came know has been another 4 yrs. The grounds are very clean, which they put the effort in to enjoy sitting outside. Thin Floor Structure, Wear A/C, and Non-caring property manager
December 19, 2016You can hear the neighbors' business, due to weak flooring. The air conditioner doesn't work properly in the summer if you live on the second or third floor.
