August 15, 2025Pretty good Stonelake has made improvements in some areas and is overall pretty good. I think there are some things that could be better. Particularly around the change to the trash hours. Pickup starts at 7 instead of 8 now and I’m rarely home from work that early, yet you issue notes and fines if trash is out early. Why am I paying for a service that only use once per week? Marissa always calls checks in with me before and after any work done to my apartment. Carlos has been excellent! July 31, 2025Make sure they explain to you all the necessary paper work they required before filling out the application. Got to the last of the paperwork, was not told of one form that was needed.
