Unfortunately my son lives at these apartments, toilet has been broken in his unit on several different occasions. Management response is to give him a key to an old unit to use the bathroom. So leave your apartment whenever you have to use the bathroom. He requested to move to another unit the request was denied.
So he has to live with their shoddy repairs, and the use the bathroom in a different apartment. Note, toilet has been “repaired” several times. I would not recommend anyone living here ...
because obviously management does not care about the quality of life for their tenants!

We understand your son's frustration with the bathroom situation. We are doing our best to get to the bottom of the issue. Unfortunately in a shared building others in the building flush things that are not meant to be flushed and this does cause backups. We have always responded and repaired the clog the same day it is reported. Please feel free to talk with us at the office if you have questions or concerns.
