Looks good but it has issues
May 16, 2021Visually appealing. Internet provided. Air conditioning is a great plus. High rent, water, electric and garbage fees. Management is hit or miss. Parking is a big issue. A lot of rules(enforced haphazardly). Rent increases with each renewal.Review from Apartments.com

June 30, 2020I like the staff, and the apartments are fine. but the parking. the parking sucks if you have more than one car per unit. not the best quality of construction. paint peels off easy. drywall is basically cardboard. its just okReview from Apartments.com
