Do not move here.
February 26, 2026I can not advise you enough to not move here. It used to be one of the nicest complexes in Smyrna. It has been run into the ground. It's filthy. The trash compactor breaks OFTEN. They let the trash pile up for such long periods of time that literal vultures show up to feast on it.The breezeways are filthy. It has been over three years since they have been power washed. It used to be at least twice a year. It takes FOREVER to get any maintenance done. Sometimes they actually skip them because they ...don't view it as "important enough". You can NEVER get anyone on the phone. It goes to a AI Operator named "Joi". Joi will take messsges and pass them on. You get MAYBE a 25% chance of anyone calling you back. Office staff has changed at least three times in the past 8 months alone. The car wash facility has not been operational for at least three years. The overall complex is so run down we didn't want anyone to come over anymore. We lived there for many years. It had gotten this bad about the last three years. We only stayed the last couple of years because we were saving for a house. Even if we hadn't found the house that we did end up finding we still would have moved ....and this is despite the discount on the lease renewal they offered us. Yes, it's so bad there that they are willing to lower the rent instead of increasing it when it's time to renew your lease. It's a shame because it's a good location and it used to be nice. Loving life
October 29, 2025When I moved in, there was a flood, there were bugs, there was one thing after the other going wrong. But the management team took full control and now I am in a beautiful home. They are quick to respond to every issue now. I would love to see the garbage more under control, in the hallways pressure washed… But overall, it’s a beautiful place to live. Awesome Staff
January 30, 2023My friend and I are migrating from Nashville to Smyrna because my significant other works at the Nissan plant. Called and went for a tour of the property today (1-30-23) was greeted by Latrice over the phone. I went to the property and she has one of the sweetest and nicest attitudes I have ever encountered!!!! She went out of her way to show us two different apartments. This is the property I definitely recommend to live at. Seemed Very quiet, very nice, and clean apartments. I will definitely ...be moving here in April of 2023. Hope my experience gets even better. February 10, 2022I enjoy your complex tremendously. I do feel there should be bilingual signs up at the dumpster to help eliminate all the items that are disposed of that aren't supposed to be. I know this could possibly insure changing all signs out if codes require that .. but it' do that and try to fix problem or continue to deal with the smell and all the mattresses and furniture by dumpster.
