March 4, 2025The worst apt I ever lived in my life. And I’ve been incredibly patient with them. My bedroom floods every time it rains. I had to invest in 2 carpet cleaners just to vacuum up all the water when it rains. My dishwasher been broke since thanksgiving 2024. Maintenance in and out the unit but it never gets fixed. Apparently it’s a giant rat behind the sewage chewing the cord to the dishwasher. Sinks always stopped up. I have to let the shower run a few minutes because black gunk comes out of the ...faucet. And the ONLY reason I’m writing this review is because of the lady in the office. Janie whatever her name is. The most unprofessional person in that office. I’ve been living here for over a year & it’s always a new face in there. They can’t keep ppl for nothing. But this lady in particular is the worst. I could be in the office everyday for the things I previously complained about but I don’t. I quite literally just need a roof over my head till I can find another place. But today I came in the office for a package that was delivered to the office from USPS. My address was correct & apt number was listed. But for some reason they decided to leave it there. I come to pick it up & I’m on the phone with my friend & Janie or whatever her name is (who ever was working 3/4/25 at 3pm) tells me I can’t use profanity in her office & she can’t give me my package and is going to give me a lease violation, then proceeds to shut the door in my face. She was hostile from the jump from a personal conversation I was having on the phone. And I believe this is the same woman who called my phone getting loud with me several times in back to back in January over me being late on my rent for the 1st time ever since living here. EVERYTHING IS TERRIBLE OVER! This Apt, the post office, utility companies. Everybody sucks. Ppl shoot out here just because. Trash all over the place. All I do is go to work at night and sleep during the day. Like I said before I could be in the office everyday complaining about the living conditions but I don’t. COMFORTABLE $$$ AFFORDABILITY
February 21, 2025Moving from out of state can be stressful however the moment I made contact with property spoke to Jenay she answered all questIons and concerns I had after calling this place repeatedly I decided I would apply. Got approval instantly and this staff was not only consistent and very professional i felt like I wanted to actually be apart of the community. Fast forward I arrived with all that was request like ID and utility verification (after welcome letter) Ms Autumn made me fresh coffee which was ...much appreciated. Got the keys and opened the doors to apartment nice gift bag too…..WOW very spacious one bedroom (being moved from 3bedroom home) the appliances were older but Ms Jenay addressed my concerns and made adjustments so far so good I noticed police security is always present I’ve only been moved in for a week now. September 2, 2023Those apartments are RAGGEDY. They only have one maintenance man and he's getting old and cannot maintain the property alone which is also kinda old. The people in the office are temp workers. They have a serious rat and roach infestation. When you see alcoholics and drug attics congregating at the bus stop in front of the apartments all day long, you already know what it is.Review from Apartments.com
Not Too Bad
June 18, 2021The Apartment complex is very old with older appliances so you will definitely hear the floor squeak. They have two maintenance men on the property that are amazing! Once you put a work order in, they will answer it very quickly! usually with in 24 hours! There is a roach problem here but once you contact the office and tell them to bring out pest control, they fix the problem very quickly and you will start seeing the infestation stop. I've been here for 3 years now and don't have too much ...complaints. Just the usual kids playing outside, loud music and the smell of bbq on the grill. Nothing major! The people who lived here for a while, and have kids, we all look out for each other. It takes a village to raise our kids!!! It’s okay for an first apartment
March 23, 2020I’ve had problems with my heat not working over and over, and it’s like they fix it only for it to go out again. The neighborhood is an okay neighborhood. I stay to myself most of the time. Few cracks in the wall, and paint job isn’t all that great either. This isn’t somewhere I would stay long term.Property Manager Responded
