The worst apt I ever lived in my life. And I’ve been incredibly patient with them. My bedroom floods every time it rains. I had to invest in 2 carpet cleaners just to vacuum up all the water when it rains. My dishwasher been broke since thanksgiving 2024. Maintenance in and out the unit but it never gets fixed. faucet. And the ONLY reason I’m writing this review is because of the lady in the office. Janie whatever her name is. The most unprofessional person in that office. I’ve been living here for over a year & it’s always a new face in there. They can’t keep ppl for nothing. But this lady in particular is the worst. I could be in the office everyday for the things I previously complained about but I don’t. I quite literally just need a roof over my head till I can find another place. But today I came in the office for a package that was delivered to the office from USPS. My address was correct & apt number was listed. But for some reason they decided to leave it there. I come to pick it up & I’m on the phone with my friend & Janie or whatever her name is (who ever was working 3/4/25 at 3pm) tells me I can’t use profanity in her office & she can’t give me my package and is going to give me a lease violation, then proceeds to shut the door in my face. She was hostile from the jump from a personal conversation I was having on the phone. And I believe this is the same woman who called my phone getting loud with me several times in back to back in January over me being late on my rent for the 1st time ever since living here. EVERYTHING IS TERRIBLE OVER! This Apt, the post office, utility companies. Everybody sucks. Ppl shoot out here just because. Trash all over the place. All I do is go to work at night and sleep during the day. Like I said before I could be in the office everyday complaining about the living conditions but I don’t. I don’t bother nobody here!
