February 12, 2026You can’t go wrong moving to Stonewater. Staff is friendly as well as neighbors. Maintenance does a great job with getting request completed in a timely manner. This place is private and has great amenities. So spacious and quiet. Oh and did I mention the views: two ponds with a fountain. Great neighborhood to take walks in and pet friendly. February 5, 2026I will also edit and update after my lease based on if there’s additional changes. The garage storage area, helps out with additional storage. It lacks parking space for additional guests. The walls are very thin, that you can hear a pin drop. With the neighbors attached to you, you can hear everything and like the previous poster, yes you can smell the smoke within your unit as well. I have a really bad gnat problem that I can’t seem to rid off. Brian (maintenance) has been amazing as always. I ...think these apartments are better than most in this area with the sq footage. The buzzer is a plus but to open the door for guests by buzzing guests in is a bother, because the door doesn’t allow you to. One of the better options in Jackson
February 4, 2026Pros: The vaulted ceilings make the apartment feel more spacious, and having a garage is a plus. Maintenance has been great, Bryan is always helpful. Cons: The bedroom walls are shared with the neighboring unit and are VERY thin. Be prepared to be able to hear your neighbors tv, music, and voices. Some residents also smoke in their units, and the smell comes through the vents, so air purifiers are a must.Review from Apartments.com

Best Apartments in Jackson
February 3, 2026These are, without a doubt, the nicest apartments in Jackson. The extra square footage, the working fireplaces, the garages with storage space, etc.. It actually made me re-think buying a home because of how comfortable it is here. Yes there are a few areas they are lacking like having to walk a distance in some places for a Dog pickup station, and the speed at which some lights are replaced, but all in all, it is absolutely worth it.
