Great while you’re there, not when you move out
January 5, 2021While living here it was great. The staff was friendly and helpful and the apartments themselves are one of the newest in the area. HOWEVER once moved out, the complex completely knit picked the apartment. We received our move out letter after the apartment was looked over and we owe them money. We spent hours cleaning the apartment, per the list provided and were told there were things wrong and dirty, which I know was cleaned. We were told the apartment smelled “strongly of dog urine” which I ...had to laugh at because our dogs are 1) service animals and 2) have never peed or pooped in the apartment. I’m thinking that strong smell is probably the weed smoke from the apartment next door to us we smelled EVERY DAY in our apartment and complained about and was never addressed. Long story short, nice place to live, but don’t expect your deposit back. I’d never recommend anyone living there after our move out process.Property Manager Responded
January 20, 2021Hello Anonymous, I do apologize that you didn't feel that our charges were not fair. When there are holes in the carpet from a dog, we are unable to just patch them. This is the reason for the carpet replacement charge. As for the cleaning charge we had to go back through and clean because of a white film throughout the apartment. So, to recap we did not nit-pick your apartment at move out. Also, to be clear we have fully refunded several peoples deposit.

Love my new apartment!
May 4, 2020My apartment is spacious and brand new! Granite kitchen island is huge, lots of cabinets, and bedroom/ walk-in closet are a good size. There's a pet spa, enclosed dog park and riverwalk path that make it great if you have a dog or just want to go for a walk along the river. I also like how I can park right at my patio door. The washer/dryer are full size so it makes it nice for washing blankets and larger items. The light grey walls and dark hardwood floors are a nice touch. The furnishings ...are quality and built very well! There's a new grocery store is being built across the parking lot and there are several restaurants within 3 blocks. Maintenance are very quick to respond and leasing office staff are great! Cable/internet are of your choice if you want it or not. Swimming pool is small:( and I wish there were hardwood floors vs. carpet in the bedroom and closet. My 1BR apartment has a walk- in shower but no bathtub.Property Manager Responded
