Very Happy
December 5, 2018Location is excellent, walking distance to shopping, eating, FIT, public transportation at the front entrance. Fire Dept EMS is right down the street. Units have nice layouts and comfortable spaced rooms. Property is well groomed. EZ is like the energizer bunny. Stays on top of all maintenance request, usually the same or next day. He takes care of the entire complex all by himself. He's an amazing worker! Here and there unsavory tenants move in, but you can bet that they don't last long. That ...sort of nonsense is not tolerated here. As for looking into cars and checking the property, I can certainly appreciate that type of effort. How else can they make certain to rid the property of non tagged, unregistered, and/or suspicious vehicles? If one has nothing to hide or not up to nothing good, then there's nothing to worry about! A very heartfelt thank you!
August 28, 2018This goes out to Dana of the management group: Thank you so, so much for making us feel so welcome and for explaining everything patiently and being open and approachable. Me and My Wife (Fiancee but I call her my wife cause she is!) have just recently had a baby girl and were looking for a new place to call home in October. We had checked out one other place before we came here. Suffice it to say that our decision was made simple once we drove around the grounds. The peoole of that community, ...not knowing us, waved hello to us and made us feel welcome and as if we had just moved in. Heck, even the grounds crew made us feel welcome. I pray that it is God's plan to have us move here. It is safe for our newborn, conveniently located for me and my wife's commutes to work (10 and 15 minutes respectively), affordable, and homey. Thank you again, Dana, for making us feel like we already were a part of the community. Hopefully, we become the part that completes the neighborhood just as much as we hope that the neighborhood completes us as a family. August 23, 2018I moved here from Oregon and Stonewood Townhomes was the only townhome complex that replied to my voicemails promptly offering to schedule a meeting. They had nothing open, except for a townhouse that had just been vacated (it was not ready to move into.) They let me move in while still working on it, and the repairman (who is phenomenal) fixed as many things as he could. They have been nothing but flexible when they did not have to and I appreciate this place whole heartedly.Property Manager Responded

May 1, 2018I would just like to say that my kids and myself are very pleased with Stonewood Townhomes. We have been living there since June of 2017. The grounds are well kept, the apartments are very spacious. The office staff is very professional and attentive to the residents needs. They have a great open door policy to hear any concerns. The maintenance guy is so sweet and great at what he does. He does an excellent job of keeping the premises looking very clean. February 23, 2018I have been living in Stonewood since June 2017. I will say this, I am very pleased and happy staying here. My children enjoy staying here. The apartment are very spacious and comfortable. The property is well kept, the staff is very professional, always helpful. They have a great maintenance guy. I will be resigning my lease here. February 13, 2018I haven't moved in yet, but im super excited to be moving in on the 1st of March! But the staff have been super friendly and helpful. Dana is so patient and understanding, and explaining everything that i need to know and also telling me to call with any questions I have. Debbie also is a sweetheart. I hope my experience living at Stone wood is as welcoming as the staff. I'm super excited to be in our town home. My first place living with my sister's children who passed 4yrs ago so this is a ...great future journey for us and kids are ready to hang pictures of there mother around our apartment so they still feel there mom enclose to them. I just signed a new lease here because ….
January 7, 2018Stonewood has been the nicest place I have ever lived in - and I know the Melbourne area. You can pay more… for a big, fancy clubhouse… that you never see, never live in… and basically live in a small, thin-walled box. I never hear my neighbors through the walls, they are so thick! It’s the superior construction here that makes enjoy it here so much. They just painted, and with the new roofs, the big, green trees — it’s a real pretty place to be. I have lovely tile floor, everything is or works ...like new, with the best and fastest service that takes care of literally everything…yes, even the hallway lightbulbs! I’ve also been here long enough to know how well the front office treats you and they are really such a terrific bunch of people who care about you and the quality of life at Stonewood Townhomes that wanting to stay was the easiest decision I could make.Property Manager Responded
